Will allow a 15 minute grace period to all clients. If you are 20 minutes late for your service there will be a $20 late fee and you may or may not have to reschedule. (To be determined once notified)

If you need to reschedule please let us know 24 hours before your scheduled service or your deposit will be forfeited. You will need to make a new deposit To be seen

No-Call/No-Show - All deposits will be FORFEITED and you will be charged for the full service scheduled.

Please be mindful that the use of 📱 cell phones and continued movement during your service will delay the process!
